You’re excited to plan your wedding and want to be involved in the decisions, but that doesn’t mean you have to figure out every little thing on your own.
Wedding planning comes with countless decisions, outside opinions and moments when you simply need someone you trust to say, “Yes, this will work,” or gently guide you in a better direction.
Advice & Assistance is designed for hands-on couples who want personalized guidance, professional insight and a trusted planner in their corner throughout the planning journey. You’ll have someone who understands the bigger picture, knows what questions to ask and is there to lean on whenever the next decision feels overwhelming.
We’ll meet approximately every two months to review your progress, talk through upcoming decisions and make sure nothing important is being overlooked. These conversations are more than simple check-ins. They’re dedicated planning sessions where we can work through your questions, provide guidance around budgets, vendors, design and logistics, and help you feel confident about what comes next.
You’ll still have the joy and ownership of planning your celebration, but you won’t be left second-guessing every contract, timeline or decision along the way.
This package also includes everything offered in our Wedding Event Management service. As we approach the final 10 weeks, our focus will shift from planning guidance to bringing every moving piece together. We’ll connect with your vendors, create your comprehensive master timeline and prepare to manage your wedding day from beginning to end.
Your wedding-day Lead Coordinator will be confirmed before booking. If Emily or Caely will be leading your wedding onsite, they’ll become more involved as your Event Management period approaches and work closely with Alysha to ensure a seamless transition.

Because this package includes Wedding Event Management, it is designed for weddings taking place at established venues with the essential infrastructure and operational support already in place. Weddings hosted on private properties or in raw outdoor spaces require earlier and more extensive planning, vendor coordination and logistical support. These celebrations are offered through our Private Property Wedding Planning service so we can provide the level of involvement they truly require.
Together, we’ll create a wedding that feels thoughtful, personal and completely yours, while making sure you feel supported and genuinely enjoy the experience of bringing it to life.
EVENT MANAGEMENT

You’ve thoughtfully planned every little detail. Now, it’s time to enjoy it.
Beginning 10 weeks before your wedding, we step into the plans you’ve created and bring every moving piece together. We’ll gather your final details, connect with your vendors and create a comprehensive master timeline so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.
Every couple begins their experience with Alysha, giving her the opportunity to get to know you, your priorities and the celebration you’re planning.
Your wedding day will be led onsite by Alysha, Emily or Caely, and you’ll know which Lead Coordinator is reserved for your date before booking. If Emily or Caely will be leading your wedding day, your coordinator will join the conversation and become more involved as your 10-week Event Management period approaches. They’ll work closely with Alysha to understand your plans, your people and what matters most to you.
While each Lead Coordinator brings their own personality and strengths, every wedding is managed using the same trusted Every Little Thing process, attention to detail and level of care.
From vendor arrivals and ceremony cues to timeline transitions and unexpected little surprises, we’ll quietly manage everything behind the scenes.

FULL PLANNING

Your engagement should feel like a season of your life you get to enjoy, not another full-time job.
Our Full Planning experience is designed for busy couples who want a trusted expert to personally lead the planning process while keeping them informed, involved and excited along the way.
Every Full Planning client works directly with Alysha. She will personally guide your wedding from the first planning conversations through to the wedding day, with Emily or Caely working alongside her as additional support.
From developing your budget and sourcing the right vendors to reviewing quotes, organizing contracts, shaping your design and coordinating countless logistical details, we’ll take care of the research, communication and behind-the-scenes work.
You’ll always remain part of the meaningful decisions because this is still your wedding. We’ll simply make those decisions easier by presenting thoughtfully researched options, offering honest professional guidance and keeping the entire process moving forward.
Through regular planning meetings and organized updates, you’ll always know what has been accomplished, what comes next and where your investment is being spent, without becoming buried in emails, spreadsheets, quotes and vendor follow-ups.
Full Planning also includes our complete Wedding Event Management service. By the time we reach the final 10 weeks, we already understand your vision, your vendors, your priorities and your people. We’ll bring every moving piece together, create your comprehensive master timeline and prepare to manage the celebration from beginning to end.
On your wedding day, Alysha will personally oversee the execution of everything we have created together, with Emily or Caely by her side to provide additional support and ensure every detail is cared for.
You get to enjoy your engagement, feel confident in every decision and arrive at your wedding knowing the people you trust have already taken care of every little thing.

The listed investment reflects the starting price for Full Wedding Planning. Because every celebration has different logistical and staffing needs, your final investment will be based on the wedding location, overall scope, complexity, number of events and level of labour required. You’ll receive a personalized proposal with your complete scope and confirmed pricing before booking.
Private Property Weddings

Some of the most meaningful weddings happen in places that already feel like home.
Whether you’re celebrating on a family property, beneath a beautiful tent, on a private estate or in an open outdoor space, these weddings offer an incredible amount of freedom, personality and sentimental value. They also require a very different level of planning.
Unlike an established venue, a private property does not typically come with built-in infrastructure, established event systems or an onsite team. In many ways, we are creating a wedding venue from the ground up.
Depending on the property and celebration, planning may include:

Tenting, flooring, lighting and power

Catering kitchens and service areas

Parking and guest transportation

Rental quantities and delivery schedules

Weather and ground-condition contingency plans

Vendor access, installations and full event build-outs

Each of these elements needs to work together safely and seamlessly. Because of this added complexity, Private Property Wedding Planning begins much earlier than the typical 10-week Event Management timeline.
Private property and raw-space weddings are not eligible for our standard Event Management or Advice & Assistance packages. Instead, we’ll create a customized planning scope that gives us enough time and involvement to properly guide the process, coordinate the vendor team and build a thoughtful plan for the property.
On the wedding day, an expanded Every Little Thing team may be required to oversee deliveries, installations, vendor arrivals, setup and the many moving pieces happening behind the scenes.
Most importantly, your family gets to experience the property as a meaningful place to celebrate. They won’t have to spend the day directing delivery trucks, answering vendor questions or trying to operate as the venue team.
A note about your investment:
Every private property celebration requires a personalized proposal. Your investment will be based on the location, guest count, property infrastructure, overall complexity, number of events, setup requirements and level of staffing and labour needed.
